本人投过两次， 一次 3周被拒， 另一次4周被拒。 转投其它不错的杂志， 都会过去的。
号称拒稿率80%（所谓1 in 4）

先说说投稿流程，8月底投的稿，然后好长时间就没消息了，我原来以为通过编辑预审发给投稿人的时候会有通知，所以中间还写信问了两次，回信都是说有了回音会马上更新。因为看到网上有人说到Lieber编辑手里稿子都特慢，我心里还挺着急的，也不知道通没通过预审。直到两个月后又写信催了催，这次有回音了，回信说两个审稿人的意见刚刚返回，要求都是小改后接收，这下基本放心了。两周后改完，对每个审稿人的每个问题都一一作了回答，并且补了一张图。又是两周以后终于如愿以偿地接收了。
