Lancet：21个国家研究证实日常摄入乳制品可降低心血管事件风险

多队列研究证实每日摄入牛奶和酸奶对预防心血管事件风险具有一定作用

现行的饮食指南建议减少全脂乳制品的摄入，以降低饱和脂肪酸导致的血脂和心血管疾病潜在风险，但支持这一论点的证据十分有限。近日研究人员就日常乳制品以及特殊类型的乳制品消费与主要心血管疾病及死亡之间的关系进行了考察。

PURE研究为一项大型多队列研究，来自5大洲的21个国家志愿者参与，年龄范围35-70岁，对136384名参与者乳制品的摄入情况进行考察，包括牛奶、酸奶、乳酪和黄油。研究的主要终点为死亡率及主要心血管事件发生率（心血管疾病、非致命性心肌梗塞、中风或心力衰竭）。

平均随访9.1年，总计发生10567起终点事件，其中死亡6796例，主要心血管事件5855例。相比于不摄入乳制品的人群，每日摄入2份以上乳制品人群的终点事件（HR=0.84）、总死亡率（0.83）、非心血管死亡（0.86）、心血管死亡（0.77）、心血管疾病（0.78）以及中风（0.66）风险降低，心肌梗塞事件差异不显著（0.89）。相比于不摄入人群，每日摄入1份以上牛奶（HR=0.90）和酸奶（0.86）可降低主要终点事件发生率，但乳酪（0.88）和黄油（1.09）无显著作用
