JCLA:应用高通量测序技术对溶细胞性阴道病期间阴道微生物群的特性进行研究

研究人员收集了75个样本来自32个健康妇女(平均年龄44±8)患者和43个简历(平均年龄38±8)。我们使用高通量测序的16 s rRNA V3V4区域描述和比较患者的阴道微生物群的简历和健康妇女和识别潜在生物标志物的简历。

研究表明患者的阴道pH3.8,和阴道的过氧化氢浓度≥2μmol / LCV患者的乳酸菌群密度在+++(530)~ +++(>30)之间,明显高于健康女性。高通量测序显示,无论是CV患者还是健康女性,乳酸菌都是最显著的属,丰度分别为83.8%97.2% (P < 0.001)CV患者中cristobacillus较多,而健康女性中Lactobacillus sp. LYJ较多,曲线下面积(AUC)值分别为0.93750.8379

研究表明,CV患者中乳酸菌的丰度与健康人有显著差异。本研究鉴定了两种合适的生物标志物,crispatusLactobacillus sp. LYJ。这些结果将有助于在妇女出现明显症状之前确定她们是否有罹患严重疾病的危险。
