一组科学家使用 3D 生物打印机打印出皮肤前体和全功能人体皮肤。新技术可用于制药,化学和化妆品业务。

打印的人类皮肤是在 BioDan 集团的帮助下,来自马德里卡洛斯三世大学,CIEMAT 或能源,环境和技术研究中心和 Gregorio Maranon 综合大学的研究人员的心血结晶。

该过程可以以两种方式使用。第一个是从工业目的的细胞储存中产生同种异体皮肤。然后使用患者的皮肤产生自体细胞,用于治疗用途,例如烧伤。这种新的“自动化和工业化”程序将比手动生产皮肤更便宜。

根据 UC3M,人类皮肤将是通过生物打印创建的第一个“活”器官之一,第一个被引入市场。有趣的是,产品本身“像”皮肤,有表皮和真皮。它的第三层是成纤维细胞,产生胶原蛋白,提供皮肤的弹性和力量。

该研究发表在 Biofabrication,标志着第一次使用 3D 打印技术实际创造人类皮肤。研究人员使用生物材料而不是墨盒和彩色油墨来“打印”皮肤。这意味着具有生物成分的注射器被用于创建皮肤,如打印机制造纸张。

研究人员之一 Juan Francisco del Canizo 说,做到这一点的最好方法是学习哪些组分混合最好,以便使细胞不会快速死亡。

科学家首先使用人类细胞,所以他们可以创建自己的人类胶原蛋白,这意味着将自行运作,而不依赖于动物胶原蛋白。

欧洲监管机构目前正在批准在移植或皮肤问题病例中使用这种方法。
