本研究纳入了CATHGEN临床研究中的782名HFrEF 患者,1004名HFpEF患者和4742名无心衰患者,分析结果显示,HFrEF 患者的平均HDL-P颗粒大小要大于HFpEF患者,且两者均大于无心衰患者(p < 0.0001),相应地,HFrEF 患者的小HDL-P浓度和总HDL-P浓度要低于HFpEF患者,且两者均低于无心衰患者(p≤ 0.0002)。在HFrEF 患者和HFpEF患者中,小HDL-P浓度和总HDL-P浓度与不良事件的发生呈负相关。

研究结果显示,高密度脂蛋白颗粒的紊乱在心衰伴射血分数减少的患者中更严重,且与不良事件的发生呈相关性。
