越来越多的证据表明高血压的胎儿和环境来源,但主要局限于单次暴露研究。本研究的目的旨在探究多种出生前和出生后的暴露因素对高血压形成的影响。

 

本研究对欧洲HELIX队列中12776-11岁的儿童进行了收缩压和舒张压的测量,并对89个出生前暴露因素和128个出生后暴露因素进行了评估分析,分析结果显示,收缩压的降低与设施密度、孕母多氯联苯118的浓度和儿童血浆二氯二苯二氯乙烯、六氯苯和邻苯二甲酸单苄酯的浓度呈相关性,收缩压的升高与孕期户外的温度、孕期鱼类的高摄入、孕母血浆的可替宁浓度和儿童血浆的全氟辛酸浓度呈相关性。舒张压的降低与检测时户外的温度和儿童血浆二氯二苯二氯乙烯浓度相关。舒张压的升高与孕母血浆的双酚A浓度、孕期鱼类的高摄入和儿童血浆铜浓度呈相关性。

 

研究结果显示,生命早期的多种化学暴露、建筑环境及气象条件可影响儿童的血压形成。
