本研究旨在利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术鉴定S. ripe草成熟果实的精油(EO),丙酮提取物(ACE)和正己烷提取物(HexE)的化学成分和生物活性。

分别使用Folin-Ciocalteu和1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼基(DPPH)测定法测定总酚含量和提取物的抗氧化活性。使用盘扩散法在125和2000μg/mL浓度之间测量抑制区(IZs)来测定对鲍曼不动杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、黄色微球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、Sarcina黄体和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性。使用96孔板测试确定最小抑制浓度(MIC),范围为4-2000μg/mL。EO的主要成分是α-蒎烯(36.9%)和α-水芹烯(32.8%)。ACE的主要组分是油酸(38.74%),α-水芹烯(13.33%)和δ-杜松烯(11.10%),而在HexE中检测到的主要脂肪酸甲酯是油酸(12.85%)和棕榈酸(10.91%)。

结果显示,EO对Staph的生长具有良好的抑制活性。MIC值为16μg/mL和32μg/mL时,ACE对所研究的细菌病原体具有广泛的活性,其MIC值范围为4-128μg/mL,而对于所研究的细菌分离株,HexE表现出弱的抗菌活性。与单宁酸(23.83±1.9μg/mL)和丁基化羟基甲苯(BHT)(2.9±1.0μg/mL)的IC50相比,EO、ACE和HexE的IC50值分别为15.11±0.99,118.16±1.7和324.26±2.45μg/ 0.1μg/mL)。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,S.terebinthifolius的成熟果实是一种很好的抗氧化剂,具有有效的和抗菌活性。
