年轻白领睡眠不足易健忘 提高记忆有5方法

案例:在一家外企公关部工作的王小姐,平时工作节奏很快,白天不是开会就是写策划,晚上还得与国外客户联络,常常身心疲惫。在生活中,不少上班族也有相同的困惑——以前说一遍就能记住的事情,现在反复记几次还会忘。

中国发布的《网民健康状况白皮书》所显示的调查结果指出,在1.62亿网民中,近70%的人有健忘、注意力不集中等问题。随着日益激烈的社会竞争和快节奏的工作生活,这一数字可能还会上升。另外,据台湾“TVBS电视台”报道,一项针对15—40岁民众记忆力的调查发现,15—19岁的年轻人记忆力最差。而来自日本劳动卫生部的数据也显示,年龄在20—40岁之间的人,30%都有健忘症。

年轻人为何会健忘?或与4大原因有关

年龄。相对年轻人而言,四十岁以上的中老年更容易患健忘症。人的最佳记忆力出现在二十岁前后,然后脑的机能开始渐渐衰退,二十五岁前后记忆力开始正式下降,最近健忘症发病率有低龄化趋势,因此二十多岁和三十多岁的人被健忘症困扰也不是奇怪的事。

心理因素。心理因素对健忘症的形成也有不容忽视的影响,到医院就诊的健忘症患者有很多有抑郁症症状。有孕育经历的女性有更多的体验,一旦人陷入抑郁症,就会固执地仅关注抑郁本身而对社会上的人和事情漠不关心,于是大脑的活动力低下,而诱发健忘症。

失眠或少眠。西方医学专家指出,人的睡眠对于健忘有不可忽视的影响力。失眠在很大程度上是健忘的罪魁祸首,它使大脑长期处于弱兴奋状态,因此极不容易接纳外来信息,无法将记忆储存,某些信息元也会因此丢失。而当这种状态长时间持续,也会引起心理障碍。

饮食与作息。过度吸烟、饮酒、缺乏维生素,以及持续的压力和紧张会使脑细胞产生疲劳,电子产品的频繁使用等,日本科学家发现,25~35岁的年轻人患健忘症愈来愈多。由于经常使用电子产品,造成了大脑利用率相对降低,依赖电脑使得大脑活动变少,血液的流动也相应降低,以至影响到大脑机能,造成记忆力下降。甚至可以引起暂时性记忆力恶化。

年轻人健忘怎么办?5个方法巧改善

1、保证充足睡眠。睡眠时间过少,会使大脑处于耗竭状态,影响注意力和回忆信息的能力。

2、善于利用小工具,比如备忘录。杨东强调,白领出现健忘大多因不会管理时间、计划性差,如果能把事情按级别记录下来,重要和紧急的放在最前面做,会减少很多麻烦。

3、经常嚼口香糖。日本某大学研究显示:咀嚼也许能预防记忆力衰退。因此,他们认为常嚼口香糖是一种不增加进食量,又能刺激大脑记忆的好方法。

4、限时记忆:定期给大脑做做健脑操,在规定时间里记忆数字、人名、单词,也可以随身带几张客户名片,用上下班的时间记上面的电话和地址,能提高记忆力。

5、自我放松。有意识地表现得轻松和自信,可以运用音乐、瑜珈、冥想等方法来帮助放松。
