浙江七举措推进慢性病防控

浙江省政府办公厅近日发布《浙江省防治慢性病中长期规划（2017-2025年）》，提出到2020年和2025年，居民重点慢性病核心知识知晓率分别达到60%和70%。

浙江省政府办公厅近日发布《浙江省防治慢性病中长期规划（2017-2025年）》，提出到2020年和2025年，居民重点慢性病核心知识知晓率分别达到60%和70%。

《规划》设定了两个阶段性目标：到2020年，居民健康素养进一步提高，慢性病防控环境显著改善，降低因慢性病导致的过早死亡率；到2025年，慢性病危险因素得到有效控制，实现全人群全生命周期健康管理，力争30岁~70岁人群过早死亡率较2015年降低20%。

为确保《规划》实施，浙江省拟订了健康生活、健康管理、规范诊疗、医防协同、保障政策、支持环境、科技支撑等7个方面的策略和措施。《规划》规定，基层医疗卫生机构逐步提供血糖血脂检测、口腔预防保健、简易肺功能测定和大便隐血检测等服务。

在高发地区和高危人群中逐步开展乳腺癌、宫颈癌、上消化道癌、大肠癌等有成熟筛查技术的癌症早诊早治工作。逐步将临床可诊断、治疗有手段、群众可接受、政府能负担的疾病筛检技术列为公共卫生措施。
