一位老师分享说他们医院发布的新规定,如下:

规定轮转科室需要给规培医生分一点绩效,但是这部分绩效要从带教老师的科室绩效里面扣除,也就要求带教给规培医生分绩效,这导致很多带教们都不想带学生了。”

同时:“他觉得他带规培生,不给他带教费,还要他绩效?没有这个道理,觉得不合理”。

这样看来,这是相当于医院让一个员工给另一个员工发工资!基本上很多人应该都不会同意吧?

因此私下里小助手也咨询了一些老师,大家表示:“日常他们私下还是会向规培生表示一下的,但是上升到分绩效的层面是不应该的,可能会滋生医生与规培生的矛盾。

    我们这里90%以上的规培生只要有证有处方权都会正常排班,和科室医生一样干活,担任住院部一线医生独立管床,收病人入院,开医嘱,医患沟通,各种临床操作能做的都做,上夜班,就算是还没拿到处方权的,平日里也是会安排很多操作和治疗的,活不可能少,分点绩效不应该吗?
