INT J LAB HEMATOL:评价五种新型凝血法测定凝血酶原时间和活化凝血活酶时间的分析性能

研究人员在4个欧洲中心的cobas t 711cobas t 511分析仪上对PT RecPT OwrenaPTTaPTT狼疮和aPTT筛查分析(罗氏诊断)进行了评估。研究人员使用残留的匿名样本,对临床实验室标准协会的指导方针进行了分析性能和方法与相关商业可用的分析方法的比较。还对cobas t分析仪的批间比较和等效性进行了评估;使用健康志愿者的样本确定参考范围。
