KSI-301是一种基于Kodiak抗体生物聚合物共轭物（ABC）平台的研究性疗法，旨在维持眼组织中有效的药物水平，其半衰期比现有药物更长。Kodiak的目标是开发一种新的一线药物，以改善视网膜血管疾病患者的预后，并为糖尿病眼病患者提供早期治疗手段。KSI-301正在被开发中，并由Kodiak全资拥有。
