这篇体外研究的目的是为了比较2种聚合物类的CAD / CAM材料在不同表面预处理以及使用不同树脂水门汀情况下对粘接聚合物类的CAD / CAM材料与牙本质µTBS的作用差异,包括:树脂纳米陶瓷(Lava Ultimate [LVU])和复合树脂(CERASMART [CS])。

这篇体外研究的目的是为了比较2种聚合物类的CAD / CAM材料在不同表面预处理以及使用不同树脂水门汀情况下对粘接聚合物类的CAD / CAM材料与牙本质µTBS的作用差异,包括:树脂纳米陶瓷(Lava Ultimate [LVU])和复合树脂(CERASMART [CS])。研究将CAD / CAM材料切割成板片状,并按照表面预处理的不同随机分为5组:Silane Primer, OptiBond XTR adhesive, Silane Primer+OptiBond XTR adhesive, Single Bond Universal (SBU)和RelyX Ceramic Primer+SBU。LVU和CS样本使用NX3树脂水门汀和OptiBond XTR或RelyX Ultimate和SBU与50个磨牙的冠中1/3牙本质进行粘接。经过5,000次循环后评估µTBS,并采用three-way-ANOVA和post-hoc Tukey's检验进行统计学分析(p<0.05)。结果显示,µTBS显著受到CAD/CAM材料的类型(p<0.0001)、表面预处理(p<
