报道提到，Semen Gendler的肝脏移植手术是在美国进行的，捐赠者是当地的一名非裔美国人，整台手术花费近50万美元。

尽管手术非常成功，Semen Gendler的朋友在数个月后却发现他的皮肤颜色出现了改变，并猜测这与肝脏捐赠者是一名非裔美国黑人有关。或许Semen Gendler体内基因遭到了改变而导致皮肤颜色变黑。

不过，Semen Gendler对此却毫不在意，他表示只要身体健康管他是黑是白。

近日，国际生物学顶尖期刊nature medicine刊登了来自哈佛医学院Karin M Hoffmeister研究小组的一项最新研究成果，他们通过研究证明循环系统中的血小板会发生去唾液酸化，从而被AMR识别并清除，同时，这一清除机制会驱动肝脏细胞中JAK2-STAT3信号通路激活，促进血小板生成素（TPO）的合成，进而调控血小板生成。   研究人员指出，人类每天产生同时清除大约1X
