Med Sci Sports Exerc:饮用冷水改善热敏感多发硬化患者的运动耐量

虽然饮用冷水未能明显改变MS患者的直肠温度、平均皮肤温度和心率,但是能够使MS患者的运动耐量提高约30%。这一研究结果支持采用饮用冷水这种简单的方法来减轻MS患者在运动中的热不耐受性,未来可深入研究MS患者的腹部和口腔中的温度感受器在运动耐受调节中的作用。

研究方法

研究共纳入受试者20名,复发缓解型MS患者(扩展残疾状态量表评分在2-4.5之间)10名(MS组),以及与MS组年龄相匹配的健康受试者10名(对照组)。所有受试者完成2次运动试验,分别为“冷水试验”和“温水试验”。在运动中,环境温度均为30℃、相对湿度为30%、运动强度均为40%VO2max,运动至力竭(或不超过60 min),在运动中每隔15 min饮水一次,在“冷水试验”时给予受试者1.5℃冷水(3.2mL/kg),在“温水试验”时给予其等量37℃温水。在试验中监测受试者直肠温度(Tre)、平均皮肤温度(Tsk)和心率(HR)。

研究结果

所有对照组受试者在冷水和温水试验中均能够完成60 min的运动,但是在摄入温水的MS组受试者中,仅3人能够完成60 min的运动,7人无法完成(平均运动时间为32.7±11.5 min),并且这7人在饮用冷水时运动时间明显增加(46.4±14.2 min,P=0.006),但是他们在两试验中完成相同运动量时的绝对Tre(温水37.32±0.34℃,冷水37.28-±0.26℃,P=0.44)、Tre变化量(0.38±0.21℃,0.34±0.24℃,P=0.66)、绝对Tsk(34.48±0.47℃,34.44±0.54℃,P=0.82)和HR(114±20 bpm,113±18 bpm,P=0.38)均无显著差异。

研究结论
