BMJ：慢性苔藓样角化病——病例报道（图片高能，慎入）

女性患者，30岁，出现广泛的瘙痒性皮疹（见下图），病情缓慢进展，病程15年，无其他病史。患者身上对称的皮疹是由厚的角化性斑块组成，有的呈线性分布，有纹身的皮肤区域病情更重。

诊断：慢性苔藓样角化病（KLC）。

KLC是在一种病因不明的皮肤病损。KLC十分罕见（~ 70例），通常是在青春期发病，呈慢性进展，对治疗反应不敏感。

局部应用类固醇药物、角质松解剂，联合窄谱紫外线B和A1照射，并给予异维A酸治疗，最后患者症状仅有轻、中度缓解。
