Hypertension：外泌体及其含有的Y RNA片段可减轻AngII诱导的终末器官损伤

高血压常导致心血管疾病和肾功能异常。心内膜源细胞的外泌体（CDC-exo）及其最组成最丰富的小RNA——Y RNA片段EC-YF1，在心肌梗死后发挥治疗作用。Linda Cambier等研究人员在长期注射血管紧张素II（Ang-II）诱导的心肌肥大和肾损伤模型中研究CDC-exo和EC-YF1的作用。经过2周的AngII处理后，多次予以CDC-exo或EV-FY1治疗。结果发现，AngII诱导的收

Linda Cambier等研究人员在长期注射血管紧张素II（Ang-II）诱导的心肌肥大和肾损伤模型中研究CDC-exo和EC-YF1的作用。经过2周的AngII处理后，多次予以CDC-exo或EV-FY1治疗。

结果发现，AngII诱导的收缩压升高不受CDC-exo或EV-YF1影响。超声心动图提示AngII处理可导致心肌肥大。CDC-exo或EV-YF1均可减缓心肌肥大、减轻心肌炎和心肌纤维化。此外，CDC-exo和EV-YF1均可改善肾功能、减轻肾脏炎症和纤维化。CDC-exo和EV-YF1的作用与抗炎性细胞因子IL（白介素）-10在血清、心脏、脾脏和肾中的表达水平改变相关。

总而言之，输注CDC-exo或EV-YF1可减轻AngII所诱导的心肌肥大和肾损伤，且不影响血压，与IL-10表达水平改变相关。外泌体及其包含的明确的非编码RNA或许可成为治疗高血压相关的心血管和肾损伤的新疗法。
