JAHA：除了中国，印度人每日食盐摄入量也很高！

印度食盐摄入量较高，平均人口摄入量远远高于世界卫生组织推荐的最高值-5克/天。全国范围内的减盐计划可能避免过早死亡和残疾发生

支持在人群范围内的减少盐量摄入的科学证据较为强效有力，但目前的在印度仍然缺少高质量的有关盐摄入量水平的数据。近日，心血管病领域权威杂志JAHA上发表了一研究文章，这个项目试图通过印度北部德令哈市和哈里亚纳邦以及印度南部安得拉邦选定的社区来估计印度居民的每日盐摄入量水平。

在这项研究中，研究人员采用年龄和性别分层抽样策略收集了在农村、城市、和贫民区参与者的24小时尿液标本。研究者对每个地区的总人口和对调查数据进行加权的德令哈市、哈里亚纳邦和安得拉邦的人口主要亚群的盐摄入量进行估计。

研究人员得到了来自德令哈市和哈里亚纳邦的637名参与者和来自安得拉邦的758名参与者的24小时尿液样本（响应率分别为65%和68%）。在德令哈市和哈里亚纳邦，加权的平均人口24小时尿液中盐排出量为8.59克/天（95%可信区间为7.68–9.51），在安得拉邦为9.46克/天（95%可信区间为9.06–9.85）（P=0.097）。考虑到不通过尿液途径导致的钠离子丢失，相应的粗略估计每日盐摄入量分别为9.45克/天（95%可信区间为8.45–10.46）和10.41克/天（95%可信区间为9.97–10.84）。

由此可见，印度食盐摄入量较高，平均人口摄入量远远高于世界卫生组织推荐的最高值：5克/天。全国范围内的减盐计划可能避免过早死亡和残疾发生。
