Nat Commun:研究揭示了促血管生成的新的细胞自主调控机制

血管扩张在许多生理和病理环境中起着调节血管的作用,血管生成需要内皮细胞行为的动态变化。然而,目前在血管生长、重塑、成熟和静止期的不同阶段,关于内皮细胞活性的分子机制仍尚未清楚。本研究中,研究人员表征了小鼠出生后发育过程中的动态基因表达的变化,并确定了小鼠视网膜内皮细胞中的关键血管生成因子。通过积极翻译转录组分析和硅片计算分析,研究人员确定了控制不同发育阶段过程中调节血管内皮细胞行为的候选调节因子。

本研究中,研究人员表征了小鼠出生后发育过程中的动态基因表达的变化,并确定了小鼠视网膜内皮细胞中的关键血管生成因子。通过积极翻译转录组分析和硅片计算分析,研究人员确定了控制不同发育阶段过程中调节血管内皮细胞行为的候选调节因子。进一步研究显示,所确定的候选调节因子之一,转录因子MafB,可在体外和体内控制血管内皮出芽。此外,研究人员还进行了RNA-Seq和ChIP-Seq数据的综合分析以确定嘉定的直接MafB靶标,该靶标是由转录调节因子激活或抑制。

总之,该研究结果确定了控制促血管生成的新的细胞自主调控机制。
