苏格兰药品联盟（SMC）已经发布建议，接受在苏格兰境内使用210mg剂量的Kyntheum（brodalumab）

苏格兰药品联盟（SMC）已经发布建议，接受在苏格兰境内使用210mg剂量的Kyntheum（brodalumab）。SMC接受了brodalumab治疗对标准全身治疗无效的成人中度至重度斑块型银屑病的申请。这一批准取决于患者接入方案（PAS），根据该方案，brodalumab以保密折扣或更低的标价提供给苏格兰患者。


英国有将近180万人患有银屑病，据估计，超过160,000人在苏格兰生活，估计有20％的银屑病患者将会发展为中度或严重的疾病。


格拉斯哥大学皮肤科顾问David Burden教授说，“这项来自SMC的决定对于患有银屑病的苏格兰人来说是一个重大消息。银屑病的可见症状可能会对患者产生巨大的身体和情感的负面影响。虽然有很多治疗选择，但患者通常需要尝试许多不同的治疗方案来改善他们的病症。与目前可用的其他生物制剂相比，Brodalumab有着不同的分子机制，是现有治疗方案的进一步扩展，因此为我们的患者提供了更多选择”。
