抗击疫情,强生在行动:开始研究新型冠状病毒疫苗

强生公司今日表示,它正在对新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)发起“多管齐下”的应对措施。根据强生公司的说法,其工作将包括开发针对2019-nCoV的候选疫苗。

强生公司今日表示,它正在对新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)发起多管齐下的应对措施。根据强生公司的说法,其工作将包括开发针对2019-nCoV的候选疫苗。强生公司指出,该疫苗计划将利用AdVacPER.c6技术开发和制造,该技术可以快速大规模地生产候选疫苗AdVacPER.c6技术还可用于开发塞卡病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒和HIV疫苗。

强生公司还将审查冠状病毒病理生理学中的已知途径,以确定先前测试过的药物是否可用于提高已感染2019-nCoV的患者的存活率并降低疾病严重性。此外,该公司表示已应中国卫生部门的要求捐赠艾滋病毒药物Prezcobixdarunavir / cobicistat),中国卫生部门正在评估Prezcobix对抗2019-nCoV的潜力。
