Carbohydr Polym：透明质酸包被两性霉素B新型纳米颗粒可改善VCC的治疗

外阴念珠菌病（VVC）的治疗以口服和阴道制剂为基础，但疗效有限。在这项研究中，开发了两性霉素B负载透明质酸的Eudragit RL100纳米颗粒（AMP EUD纳米颗粒/ HA），以克服常规配方的缺点。通过纳米沉淀法合成AMP EUD纳米颗粒/ HA，并通过统计实验设计进行配制和表征。评价了EUD纳米颗粒/ HA中的AMP释放及其在VVC小鼠模型中的抗真菌活性。纳米粒子的直径为147.6±16.7

通过纳米沉淀法合成AMP EUD纳米颗粒/ HA，并通过统计实验设计进行配制和表征。评价了EUD纳米颗粒/ HA中的AMP释放及其在VVC小鼠模型中的抗真菌活性。纳米粒子的直径为147.6±16.7 nm，多分散指数为0.301±0.09，ζ电位为-29.9±3.76 mV，包封效率为87.27％。他们在96小时内释放了约81％的AMP。并在24小时内消除了100％的阴道真菌负担。提示AMP EUD纳米颗粒/ HA通过CD44受体渗入阴道上皮。

综上所述，这些AMP EUD纳米颗粒/ HA代表一种非常规的阴道制剂，可改善VVC的治疗。
