英国一项研究表明，与辛伐他汀单药治疗相比，转为高效他汀类治疗的患者死亡率显著降低。而在依折麦布组中未观察到患者在死亡率方面的获益。论文2月19日在线发表于《心脏》(Heart)。此项回顾性纵向研究共纳入9597例首次急性心肌梗死30天后仍存活者;受试者既往未接受过他汀类或依折麦布治疗，并且在急性心梗30天内启动他汀类治疗。依据随访情况将患者分为辛伐他汀单药治疗组、高效他汀类药物治疗组(起始为辛伐他

此项回顾性纵向研究共纳入9597例首次急性心肌梗死30天后仍存活者;受试者既往未接受过他汀类或依折麦布治疗，并且在急性心梗30天内启动他汀类治疗。依据随访情况将患者分为辛伐他汀单药治疗组、高效他汀类药物治疗组(起始为辛伐他汀，后转为阿托伐他汀或瑞舒伐他汀)以及依折麦布/他汀类药物联合治疗组。

结果显示，辛伐他汀组、高效他汀类药物治疗组和依折麦布/他汀类药物联合治疗组分别纳入6990、1883和724例患者。在平均随访3.2年期间，共出现1134例(12%)死亡。在多变量比例风险模型中，高效他汀类药物治疗组和依折麦布组的校正危险比分别为0.72和0.96。在纳入协变量的倾向评分分析中可得出相似结果。
