47岁男性接受奥沙利铂和卡培他滨化疗治疗，他的手掌开始出现干燥和红斑。有一天，他的手指不能解锁自己的手机！（知道或用过iPhone的人都了解“指纹识别”解锁的吧。）他的指纹消失了！！！知道掌跖感觉丧失性红斑（PPE）吗？又称手足综合症（HFS），表现为手掌-足底发红感觉异常或化疗导致的四肢末端红斑，为化疗药物引起的一种皮肤毒副作用。使用卡培他滨化疗患者PPE发生率大约为53-57%，但是导致指纹消

知道掌跖感觉丧失性红斑（PPE）吗？又称手足综合症（HFS），表现为手掌-足底发红感觉异常或化疗导致的四肢末端红斑，为化疗药物引起的一种皮肤毒副作用。

使用卡培他滨化疗患者PPE发生率大约为53-57%，但是导致指纹消失的案例鲜有！发生率未知！曾有案例报道拘留在美国边境的病人因PPE导致指纹消失。

因为PPE导致指纹消失会影响日常生活，凡事有指纹识别的地方均会或多或少受到影响，因此对该类患者应该告知指纹消失的可能。
