非酒精性脂肪性肝炎：cilofexor/firsocostat组合在概念验证研究中改善了NASH症状

吉利德科学近日在欧洲肝脏研究协会（EASL）年会上公布了多项研究，揭示了实验性非甾体FXR激动剂cilofexor和ACC抑制剂firsocostat的组合介导了几种非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）症状的改善，包括肝脏脂肪变性、肝硬化、肝脏生化和血清纤维化标志物。

吉利德科学近日在欧洲肝脏研究协会（EASL）年会上公布了多项研究，揭示了实验性非甾体FXR激动剂cilofexor和ACC抑制剂firsocostat的组合介导了几种非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）症状的改善，包括肝脏脂肪变性、肝硬化、肝脏生化和血清纤维化标志物。吉利德首席科学官兼研发主管John McHutchison表示：“我们对概念验证研究结果感到鼓舞，并期待在今年晚些时候分享II期ATLAS试验的数据”。

在概念验证研究中，20名NASH患者每天接受一次cilofexor/firsocostat组合治疗，治疗12周。结果表明，该组合介导了血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶中值相对减少37％，第12周时γ-谷氨酰转移酶中值相对减少32％。关于安全性，吉利德表示患者对治疗耐受性良好，没有患者因不良事件退出研究。
