ASCO观点

ASCO专家Smitha S. Krishnamurthi教授：除了改善生存，高维生素D水平还与患者(从接受治疗到)产生化疗耐药的时间延长有关，提示维生素D可减缓肿瘤的生长或提高治疗的活性。进一步研究需要确定生存改善究竟是由于维生素D本身还是一些其他与高维生素D水平有关的因素。
