目的：评估孕妇生产时使用合理的抗生素预防B足链球菌 (GBS)感染，有青霉素过敏但无过敏现象的报道的比例。

目的：评估孕妇生产时使用合理的抗生素预防B族链球菌 (GBS)感染，有青霉素过敏但无过敏现象的报道的比例。

我们进行了回顾性队列研究GBS，有青霉素过敏的女性，在生产期间预防性使用抗生素。排除计划性剖腹产。主要结果是女性接受合适的抗生素治疗的比例，定义为青霉素或头孢唑林。

结果：165名妇女报告有青霉素过敏无过敏反应,73人(44.2%)接受了适当的抗生素治疗，92人(55.8%)接受了不合理的抗生素治疗,56例(60.9%)克林霉素,1(1.1%)红霉素,35(38.0%)万古霉素。女性报告有皮疹反应的相比其它抗生素更可能会使用头孢唑林(18 [24.7%] vs 63 [68.5%],P<.001)。未记录过敏反应的女性较少会使用头孢唑林(18 [24.7%] vs 63 [68.5%], P<.001)。母亲接受适当和不适当抗生素治疗的新生儿Apgar评分、抽血、抗生素的使用、住院时间、或综合发病率无差异。

结论：超过一半有青霉素过敏无过敏反应的女性接受了非青霉素或头孢唑林的预防性治疗，表明对国家指南的依从性较差。
