Niger J Clin Pract：评估NO的呼出分数来诊断慢性咳嗽

研究纳入了90名年龄在6-17岁的患者，来自儿童免疫学和过敏性疾病诊所的患者，咳嗽持续4周，另外30名患者为对照组。具有早产和长期通气支持，神经运动迟缓或慢性肺病和心脏病史的患者在前4周接受全身性皮质类固醇治疗，排除胸部畸形以及任何慢性疾病或接受免疫治疗的患者。

结果，本研究中90例患者中最常见的诊断是哮喘，共有27例（30％）。哮喘组的NO值最高，为39.5±26.6ppb（ppb），UACS组最低，为11.6±4.0ppb。对照组的值为17.8±11.1ppb。各组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P <0.001）。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，由于其高阳性预测值，实用性，以及无创且不需要药物，分数呼出NO测量可用作慢性咳嗽患者的一种快速可靠的诊断方法。
