本研究采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)研究溶血和血脂对抵抗素(RES)和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)检测的影响。

研究人员将健康志愿者的血液抽取到肝素锂管中。血浆样品加入Lipofundin®乳剂(B. Braun Melsungen AG，德国)进行血脂干扰试验。通过26号针头抽取肝素化血的样本获得溶血标本。在Abbott Architect c8000上测定溶血指数(H)、血脂(L)和甘油三酯浓度。用Sysmex XN-1000测定血红蛋白浓度。所有样品中RES和MPO浓度均采用RES和MPO ELISA试剂盒检测(BioVendor，捷克共和国)。所有检测均为一式三份。对两种分析物计算来自本地样本的偏差，并与任意值(例如±10%)进行比较。

研究显示，研究样品甘油三酯浓度范围为0.57 ~ 38.23 mmol/L，对应L指数范围为- 0.01 ~ 13.77。血红蛋白浓度在0 ~ 8 g/L之间，H指数在0.05 ~ 8.77之间。MPO和RES在1 g/L血红蛋白水平上均有显著差异(分别为58.7%和66.7%)。此外，MPO和RES在4.66 mmol/L甘油三酯(分别为33.8%和- 12.2%)时均有显著的偏倚。

研究表明，抵抗素生物测定法受溶血和低干扰程度的血脂的影响。对于两种检测试验，在血红蛋白浓度1 g/L发现溶血干扰，而在甘油三酯4.66 mmol/L发现血脂干扰。
