分组的生化定义的对照(N = 433)的FLC-KQKappa和白蛋白QAlb的平均商通常与双曲线函数QKappamean= a / bQAlb2 + b20.5-c拟合 适用的程序,不包括异常值。

使用QKappa(平均值),变异系数CV22.5%)和参考范围(QKappa(平均值)±3 CV),本研究得到判别线QKappalim=3.27QAlb2 + 330.5–8.2× FLC-K Reibergram中的10-3 鞘内FLC-K在另一个没有OCB的对照组中有8%(N = 388),但在有明确多发性硬化症的患者(N = 95)中被漏诊。 MS中,FLC-K的平均鞘内分数是总IgG36%)的三倍(95%)。 鞘内FLC-K的平均含量相近,与临床分离的综合征和MS之间的免疫学转换相矛盾。

MS数据的分析范围内,双曲线参考范围优于线性FLC-K指数(10%到15%的假阴性)和指数曲线(对对照而言为30%的假阳性解释),出色的数据拟合范围高达10 较大的QAlb值。 小分子FLC-K的动力学有助于理解分子大小相关的屏障功能。
