A 和 B 图，DWI/ADC 显示左侧基底节区新发脑梗死；C 图，MRA 显示左侧 MCA 闭塞：

D 图，DSA 显示腹主动脉充盈缺损，延伸到双侧髂总动脉（粗箭头）；E 图，心脏 MRI 显示心腔内占位：

取栓病理证实为心房粘液瘤。
