甘油三酯（TG）异常是中国东北人血脂异常最常见的类型。许多研究者已经调查了TG异常的患病率、治疗和控制情况，但对TG值与影响TG水平的因素之间的相关性知之甚少。

近日，Scientific reports杂志上发表了一篇研究文章，该研究旨在揭示TG水平与其危险因素之间的特异性关联。该研究以吉林省16340名受试者为研究对象。采用分位数回归（QR）模型以确定影响不同四分位数TG水平的因素。

研究人员发现男性和女性TG水平分布差异具有统计学意义（x2=155.77，P＜0.001）。在所有四分位数的受试者中，体重指数（BMI）和腰围（WC）与TG水平呈正相关。仅在最高四分位数（P70至P95）的男性受试者中，饮酒与TG水平呈正相关，而所有四分位数的女性受试者中，年龄与TG水平呈正相关。

由此可见，相比于TG水平的增加，WC对TG水平的风险更高，吸烟者也更倾向于增加TG水平。
