这篇研究的目的是为了评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者临床牙周状态、微生物指标与肺功能之间的关系。

研究共纳入160名受试者，其中80名为COPD患者，另80名未罹患COPD的为对照组。所有受试者均完成了调查问卷和临床牙周及肺功能的检查。获取龈下菌斑以确定口腔及呼吸细菌总属的流行趋势。

结果显示，1.受试者中，口腔卫生简化指数(OHI-S)、临床附着水平(CAL)和1秒内用力呼气量(FEV1%)之间存在显著性联系。2.与对照组相比，COPD患者的牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)、克雷伯菌(Kp)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pa)和链球菌性肺炎的检出率明显增高。3. COPD受试者中Pg和FEV1%相对含量之间存在明显的负向联系。

结论：这篇研究的结果证实了牙周病损与口腔病原体与肺功能存在一定的联系。
