天价罚单震惊医疗界！一医生因病历被罚2631万元

据@丁香园爆料，怀化市第一人民医院，一位血液科副主任因为出院病历归档拖延被罚款，罚了 2600 多万……准备辞职了。

医院给出的理由是：为了加强病案管理，做好等级评审前期工作，按照医院办公会精神要求，现将 2017 年 1 月份贵科室拖延病历和准备处罚情况发给你……
