应用于非手术根管治疗(NSRCT)的牙髓封闭剂经历了漫长的成分和属性变换跨度。这篇系统性综述的目的是为了描述目前牙髓封闭剂的种类,讨论它们的固化反应类型、组成和特性,包括:氧化锌丁香酚、水杨酸脂、脂肪酸、玻璃璃聚物、硅酮、环氧树脂、磷酸三钙和甲基丙烯酸酯树脂封闭剂。

固化时间、流动性、封闭能力、抗菌效果、生物相容性和细胞毒性均是牙髓封闭剂性能的关键部分。因为封闭性能对于治疗成功起到至关重要的作用,文章对所有相关文献进行meta分析以评估所有相关封闭剂的相对微渗漏程度。在所有评估的封闭剂中,与AH Plus相比,硅酸三钙类封闭剂展现出最低的相对微渗漏,随后是硅酮类封闭剂和其他non-AH Plus环氧树脂类封闭剂。硅酸三钙类封闭剂还展现出最佳的抗菌效果以及出色的生物相容性。对于未来理想化封闭剂的研发应该将封闭作用与治疗效果相结合。
