这篇研究的目的是为了通过阳极氧化(AO)辅以额外的羟基磷灰石包裹构建钛(Ti)表面的TiO2纳米管图层以形成AO/HA表面。

体外细胞活性的检测显示,AO表面,特别是AO/HA表面,可以促进成骨细胞最初的粘附、增殖和分化。并且,改良AO和AO/HA表面可以上调成骨和粘附标志物的基因表达:I型胶原、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、骨钙素(OCN)和纽蛋白。另外,体内实验显示,AO表面、特别是AO/HA表面比Ti表现出更早的骨整合和更强的骨结合能力。

这些结果展示了纳米形貌和HA之间协同促进成骨细胞的粘附、增殖、分化和骨整合。结果代表了一种更有希望的改良种植体表面的方法。
