全国医疗保险基金审计发现，至2016年6月,有2.65万家用人单位和47个征收机构少缴少征医疗保险费30.06亿元,还有95.09万名职工未参加职工医保。

审计署审计长胡泽君23日向十二届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议作2016年审计工作报告时说，各地持续加强全民医疗保险工作,异地就医结算等服务管理不断完善,医疗保障能力稳步提高,但一些地方落实政策还不到位,基金管理仍存在薄弱环节。

审计发现，在基金管理方面,有923家定点医疗机构、药店及少数个人涉嫌通过伪造诊疗资料、分解住院等骗取套取基金2.17亿元,有关单位还违规出借基金等1.2亿元；药价和收费也不尽合理,有474家医疗机构超过规定幅度加价销售药品和耗材5.37亿元,还有1330家医疗机构自定项目或重复收费等5.99亿元,加重了医保负担。

审计指出问题后,有关地方和单位追回或补充安排资金15.64亿元,调整会计账目14.07亿元。
