“智能药物”显示出转移性三阴性乳腺癌的治疗前景

智能药物转移性三阴性乳腺癌SN-38

根据哥伦比亚大学赫伯特欧文综合癌症中心和其他中心的临床试验数据，“智能药物”对转移性三阴性乳腺癌女性具有治疗希望。三阴性乳腺癌是一种侵袭性疾病，相对于其他乳腺癌，在年轻女性和非裔美国女性中更为常见。

根据哥伦比亚大学赫伯特欧文综合癌症中心和其他中心的临床试验数据，“智能药物”对转移性三阴性乳腺癌女性具有治疗希望。三阴性乳腺癌是一种侵袭性疾病，相对于其他乳腺癌，在年轻女性和非裔美国女性中更为常见。三阴性乳腺癌不表达雌激素受体、孕酮受体或HER2。从历史上看，治疗仅包括用于三阴性乳腺癌的化学疗法而不包括靶向疗法。

哥伦比亚大学Vagelos医学院和外科医学院助理教授Kevin Kalinsky博士说：“我认为这种药物有可能改变实践，因为数据看起来非常引人注目，即使试验中患者数量相对较少。对转移性三阴性乳腺癌患者，我们发现这种新疗法可使肿瘤明显缩小”。

“智能药物”：sacituzumab govitecan是“智能药物”的一部分，旨在直接向肿瘤细胞提供有毒的有效载荷。sacituzumab govitecan能够识别乳腺癌细胞表达的蛋白质抗原trop2，sacituzumab govitecan同时与化疗药物伊立替康的代谢产物SN-38形成融合体，因此该抗体能够将SN-38直接递送至癌细胞。Kalinsky教授表示，“使用这种智能药物，我们可以提供更高剂量的有效载荷，因为我们能够将化疗药物直接送到癌细胞”。
