JAD：坚持母乳喂养可降低母亲罹患阿尔茨海默症风险

这一研究成果发表在最新一期《阿尔茨海默症杂志》上，是研究人员通过对81名年龄介于70岁至100岁之间的英国妇女进行调查研究后得出。

研究人员搜集了这些妇女的生育史、母乳喂养情况以及认知能力状况等相关信息，此外还调查了可能造成她们老年痴呆的其他风险因素，如中风或者患上脑瘤等情况。通过数据分析研究人员发现，母乳喂养与阿尔茨海默症风险之间有着密切关联：那些在抚育孩子期间坚持母乳喂养的妇女患上阿尔茨海默症的风险比那些没有进行母乳喂养的妇女要小，且坚持母乳喂养的时间越长，这种风险就越低。

研究人员表示，虽然该研究所用数据样本较小，但数据分析所显示的母乳喂养与阿尔茨海默症风险之间的高度关联性表明，小样本并不会影响这一研究结论的准确性。研究人员还指出，在有阿尔茨海默症家族病史的女性当中，二者之间的关联则不会太明显。

探究这种关联背后的原因，研究人员称，这应该是母乳喂养的特定生物效应所致，有可能是因为母乳喂养会使得妇女怀孕期间大幅降低的胰岛素耐受性得以恢复，也有可能是因为母乳喂养会降低母亲体内怀孕期间大幅增高的激素黄体酮水平。

研究人员指出，阿尔茨海默症是世界上最为常见的认知障碍疾病，影响着许多人，因而开发一种低成本、可大规模使用的预防战略十分重要，而新研究则为如何抗击这种疾病指明了一个方向，这对发展中国家来说尤其重要。同时，这一研究成果也再次表明，母乳喂养相比于奶粉喂养具有着明显的优势，无论是对孩子还是对母亲都十分有益。
