帕金森病神经变性疾病

帕金森病是一种中脑黑质纹状体通路障碍的缓慢进展变性疾病,多见于中老年人,以运动迟缓、静止性震颤和肌强直为主要临床特征。

简要介绍：

帕金森病是一种中脑黑质纹状体通路障碍的缓慢进展变性疾病,多见于中老年人,以运动迟缓、静止性震颤和肌强直为主要临床特征[1]。帕金森病目前仍以药物治疗为主,但迄今尚无根治药物。复方左旋多巴类仍是控制运动症状的最有效西药,但几乎所有病例均需终身服药以控制症状,很多患者常因不能耐受药物副作用被迫停药;而脑深部电刺激术虽可明显改善症状,但仍不能根治,也不能控制疾病进展[2]26。
