简要介绍：

为贯彻落实《国家卫生健康委办公厅关于进一步落实科学防治精准施策分区分级要求做好疫情期间医疗服务管理工作的通知》(国卫办医函〔2020〕162号)要求,在做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控基础上逐步有序恢复正常诊疗秩序,满足广大患者的就医需求,保障患者和医务人员安全,最大限度降低医院感染风险,北京市医院感染管理质量控制和改进中心会同北京市临床麻醉质量控制和改进中心、北京护理学会手术室专业委员会等专家,结合疫情期间恢复诊疗工作的特点,根据分区分类和差异化管理的原则,针对围手术期感染防控措施形成以下专家意见,各医疗机构可根据实际情况,结合本指引细化围手术期医院感染防控相关预案,其他有创操作可参照执行。
