简要介绍：

随着内镜和内镜超声(endoscopic ultrasonography,EUS)检查技术的发展与成熟,以及居民健康意识的增强,消化道黏膜下肿瘤(submucosal tumor,SMT)的检出率大幅提高。规范化内镜微创治疗SMT可以改善SMT病人生活质量、减轻家庭和社会负担、节约国家医疗资源,2018年由复旦大学附属中山医院牵头,制定了SMT内镜诊治共识意见——《中国消化道黏膜下肿瘤内镜诊治专家共识(2018版)》。为了更好地服务临床,结合国内外内镜诊疗的新理念、新技术、新经验,制定新的消化道SMT内镜诊治专家共识已迫在眉睫。因此,由复旦大学附属中山医院内镜中心牵头,成立了共识更新工作组,在原有共识的基础上对近年新的证据结果进行分析并形成相关推荐意见,以期为从事消化道SMT诊治相关工作的临床医生及基层医疗机构等相关工作人员提供参考和指导。
