目标

由国际节制协会标准化指导委员会发起并得到尿动力学、女性盆腔医学和泌尿生殖重建协会支持的工作组（WG）修订了（1997）压力流量研究的ICS标准。

方法

基于制定循证标准的 ICS 标准，工作组在 2020 年 5 月至 2022 年 12 月期间制定了这一新的 ICS 标准。草案于 2023 年 1 月在 ICS 网站上发布，以方便公众讨论，收到的意见已合并到此最终版本中。

结果

在本标准的第 1 部分中，工作组总结了理论并推荐了用于诊断无相关神经系统异常的成年女性和男性患者排尿功能障碍的实践和术语。工作组还在第 2 部分的压力流研究的基础上推荐了尿道阻力和逼尿肌排尿收缩的客观和连续分级的标准原则和参数。这部分的实践建议也旨在增加对生理学的理解。以及排尿心理学。讨论了测试的实验室情况对排尿的潜在影响以及尿动力学师在这方面的作用。工作组建议仅使用患者认为具有代表性的排尿进行诊断。
