一、分类与实践指南
1、2016 中医睡眠障碍国际分类(简明目录版)
关于中医睡眠障碍的分类是基于中医历史文献基础上的总结,结合现代睡眠障碍分类的考量,初步确认这些疾病睡眠障碍,应当按照睡眠障碍给予治疗。 2、2016 失眠症中医临床实践指南(WHO/WPO)
本指南的主要目的是推荐具有循证医学证据和中医共识的失眠的中医药诊断与治疗方法;促进临床医生、护理人员规范使用中医药进行医疗实践活动;加强对失眠治疗管理;提高失眠患者的生活质量。 本指南资料来源及检索策略和办法:采用计算机和手工相结合的方法进行检索。 3、2016 基于个体化的失眠症中医临床实践指南
本指南基于国家科技部十一五科技支撑计划“中国传统医学对心理疾患的防治研究” 项目支持,由世界中医药学会联合会中医心理学专业委员会和世界中医药学会联合会睡眠医学专业委员会联合发布,主要目的是建立基于中医药理论、方法、手段的失眠症防治技术体系和示范模式。 本指南适用于原发性失眠、精神心理性失眠、睡眠卫生不良综合征导致的失眠等。不包括儿童睡眠障碍和妇女特殊时期的睡眠障碍,以及由明确的内科、精神科、神经科疾病引起的失眠。 本指南可供中医药专业人员及以心理科、睡眠医学科、心身医学科等的专业医生使用。本指南的证据级别依据证据级别参照刘建平教授提出的关于传统医学证据分级的建议。 二、治疗与预防
1、2017 AASM临床实践指南:成人慢性失眠的药物治疗 
本文的主要目的是建立成人慢性失眠药物治疗的临床实践建议。美国睡眠医学会(AASM)睡眠医学专家小组针对成人失眠的药物治疗共提出了14条推荐建议。 2、《中国成人失眠诊断与治疗指南》解读
