FDA的决定基于IIIPOLO阶段试验的数据,结果表明Lynparza治疗的BRCA突变的转移性胰腺癌患者的PFS7.4个月,而安慰剂为3.8个月。根据这项研究的结果,美国国家综合癌症网络(NCCN)指南于7月更新,建议Lynparza作为BRCA突变胰腺癌的维持治疗手段。
