多摄入植物蛋白质可防绝经期提前

美国阿默斯特马萨诸塞大学和哈佛医学院的专家分析了一项大规模女性健康调查项目的数据，涉及11.6万名育龄女性在20多年间的营养和健康状况。

问卷调查了女性对131种常见食品的摄入状况。分析显示，如果来自植物蛋白质的热量占到全天摄入热量的6.5％，绝经期提前的风险比植物蛋白质热量只占4％的女性低16％。

研究人员说，以日均摄入2000大卡的热量计算，6.5％的热量相当于32.5克蛋白质。分析过程排除了年龄、胖瘦、抽烟习惯等因素的影响，确认多摄入植物蛋白质有助于预防绝经期提前，多摄入动物蛋白质没有这样的效果。相关论文发表在《美国流行病学杂志》网络版上。

女性卵巢功能在45岁以前停止活动称为绝经期提前，发病率为5％~10％。绝经期提前不仅意味着生育能力提早衰退，还会增加心血管疾病、骨质疏松和认知能力下降的风险。
