结果显示,与装载药物相比,单独使用纳米颗粒的最小抑制浓度(MIC)更高。最有效的抗菌方案是含有TiO2、Ag和Fe3O4的装载药物组,变异链球菌和血链球菌的MIC分别为0.019μg/ml和0.047μg/ml。此外,与其他抗生素和氯己定相比,这种组合方案的生物膜抑制浓度(BIC)和菌落形成单位最小。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,与其他纳米颗粒溶液、抗生素和氯己定相比,含有TiO2、Ag和Fe3O4的溶液对变异链球菌和血链球菌的最小抑菌浓度和抗菌膜浓度最低,可用于治疗和处理龋齿、牙菌斑和口腔感染
