JCO：霍奇金淋巴瘤治愈之后妊娠没问题！

女性中的霍奇金淋巴瘤的年龄特异性发病率是呈双峰的，第一个高峰大约25年。近几十年来，霍奇金淋巴瘤患者存活的比例越来越高，相对于以前的治疗方案，现在的疗法生殖毒性更低。随着这一疾病的治疗的进展，越老越多的霍奇金淋巴瘤幸存者考虑怀孕生子。但是怀孕是否会使霍奇金淋巴瘤完全缓解的女性疾病复发的风险上升？这一问题困扰人们很久了。研究人员利用瑞典卫生系统的数据以及医疗记录对这一问题进行了深入的分析。在1992

研究人员利用瑞典卫生系统的数据以及医疗记录对这一问题进行了深入的分析。在1992-2009年间，449名女性接受了霍奇金淋巴瘤的诊断，诊断时年龄在18-40岁。在诊断后进行六个月的随访。妊娠相关的复发被定义为妊娠期间或者在分娩后五年内出现复发。运用Cox比例风险模型估计95%置信区间风险比。在这449名女性中，144人（32%）在随访期间怀孕。总体来看，出现了47例复发，其中1例为妊娠相关的复发。妊娠相关的复发率和非妊娠相关的复发率的校正风险比为0.29（95% CI，0.04-2.18）。

此项研究表明，在诊断为霍奇金淋巴瘤后，妊娠并不会使得完全缓解的霍奇金淋巴瘤幸存者出现复发。当然，霍奇金淋巴瘤幸存者在决定将来怀孕生子时应多多考虑其他的因素。但是，考虑到这项研究的结果，妊娠相关的复发风险不必考虑。
