Eur J Oral Sci：群体感应抑制可减轻混合感染牙周炎

本研究旨在验证群体感应抑制分子是否可以减弱由牙龈卟啉单胞菌/具核梭杆菌共感染诱导的牙槽骨损失并减少牙周组织的细菌定植。 在BALB/c小鼠中，通过42天内口服接种牙龈卟啉单胞菌和/具核梭杆菌六次以诱导牙周炎。群体感应抑制剂（呋喃酮化合物和D-核糖）与细菌感染同时使用。使用微型计算机断层扫描比较组间邻牙牙槽骨水平的线性和体积改变。使用实时PCR定量牙周组织中的总细菌和牙龈卟啉单胞菌和具核梭杆菌

结果显示，与共感染组相比，使用群体感应抑制剂治疗的小鼠中牙槽骨损失显著减少约40％。通过试验组中残余骨量的显著增加得到证实。使用群体感应抑制剂时，治疗组中的总细菌基因在牙周组织样品中显著降低了93％，但未发现牙龈卟啉单胞菌DNA的明显差异。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，牙龈卟啉单胞菌和具核梭杆菌共感染后，群体感应抑制剂减少了牙周组织中的骨丧失和细菌量。
