Biomed Res Int:按摩膀胱经对慢性应激大鼠焦虑的缓解作用

探讨膀胱经络按摩(BMM)对慢性应激大鼠焦虑的作用机制。

目的:探讨膀胱经络按摩(BMM)慢性应激大鼠焦虑的作用机制。

方法:30只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和BMM组,慢性应激诱导大鼠建立大鼠焦虑模型。在BMM组,用自制装置“按压技术定量测试仪”固定大鼠,并进行定量按压刺激。采用自主研发的“YLS-34A大鼠穴位按压刺激器”固定大鼠,对大鼠脊柱两侧膀胱经进行定量按压刺激。每天一次,连续7天。

测量大鼠的糖水偏好(SPF)、尾部悬吊时间(TST)和强迫游泳时间(FST)。检测大鼠血清和海马中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和炎性细胞因子的水平。通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂盒检测脑神经递质(多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和去甲肾上腺素(NE))。免疫组织化学和免疫印迹法检测大鼠海马自噬蛋白的表达。

结果:BMM显著增加SPF,降低TST和FST,增加血清和海马中的SOD水平,降低MDA水平和细胞因子水平。BMM逆转了神经递质的变化。同时,BMM显著降低了大鼠海马中自噬蛋白(LC-32/LC-31)的表达。

结论:上述结果表明,BMM显著减轻了慢性应激引起的大鼠焦虑,其机制与海马自噬的调节有关
